Hi I’m Natasha, I live in the beautiful part of the country “Cornwall”. I have lived here for almost two years with my partner and my lovely dog Holly. I have done many charity events including abseiling down Canonteign Falls to raise money for Life Works and running half marathons and 10ks for St Luke’s Hospice.
I enjoy the fresh air and country walks with Holly and sometimes go out running, attempting to tire Holly out, however more often than not, tiring myself out, with Holly still bouncing around like Tigger the cartoon character.
I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them on a professional level and/or on a personal level. People describe me as an approachable, focused, good perspective and caring individual.
I find people intriguing and fascinating and have visited different parts of the world which has allowed me to experience different cultures and their way of life.
I come from Plymouth, Devon, originally moving back to the South West in 2010. Before this I lived in Southampton for 15 years, enjoying a career in Sales, working as a Business developer and recruitment consultant, this allowed me to touch on using Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) which is an approach to communication and personal development; I used this approach in my career and became very interested in using this in my personal life as and when possible, as we all face tough times in life and trying to keep a positive view point can be challenging at times.
This lead me on to wanting to do something life changing and help people less fortunate than myself. I went to Costa Rica, where I worked and lived for just over a month and experienced first-hand how some adults and children deal with certain obstacles, and how a little bit of help can change even the simplest of days.
This over the years has set me on my path to becoming a Coach who aims to help and empower others to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals – including excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled in the home, exploring the self and the world and achieving ambitions.
