Will I be in control?

How many sessions will I need?
Some people find they notice a difference after just one session, indeed stop smoking and phobias can be quick to deal with. Others may find they notice improvements within the first six sessions. However others may take more sessions to achieve the full outcome you want. Of course it all depends on the issue you have come to deal with, and your own approach to change.
What about if I’m already receiving medical treatment?
Hypnotherapy and counselling can help improve conditions that are also being treated by your doctor. You should continue to take advice and medication from your doctor, and inform your hypnotherapist/counsellor about your medical treatment.
