Our assertiveness course is designed to teach you how to communicate their needs, wants and opinions in a clear, direct, and appropriate manner. This course will be held over six online sessions, each lasting up to one hour. During the sessions, you will learn about the difference between assertiveness, aggressiveness and passiveness, and the appropriate use of each. You will also learn how to express your feelings and opinions in a non-threatening way and how to set clear boundaries.
Additionally, the course will cover how to handle difficult people and situations, such as dealing with rejection or criticism. By the end of the course, you will have the tools and skills to communicate effectively and assertively in various situations.
