Our anger management course is designed to help you understand and manage your anger. The course covers topics such as:

In 6 online sessions you will learn how to recognize and express your feelings in a healthy way, as well as how to manage conflicts in a constructive manner. It is typically held over a series of six sessions, with each session taking around 1 hour for you to complete.
It is suitable for people who have difficulties managing their anger, whether it’s occasional or chronic. By the end of the course, you will have the tools and skills needed to manage your anger in a healthy and effective way
